We discuss the occasion, location, guest count, service hours and beverage preferences. From there, we outline the menu, setup, ingredient needs and service approach in a custom proposal. Staffing and equipment are scoped to the event.
Coordinate the ingredients and setup
Mixers, citrus, syrups, garnishes and ice can be procured and prepared as agreed. We also discuss glassware or cups, the bar location, venue access and other supplies so responsibilities are clear before the event.

Full event bar service refers to the agreed bar planning and operations. It is a dry-hire service: the client purchases and supplies all alcohol. Alcohol shopping guidance can support that process; Lone Wolf does not sell or supply the alcohol.
