A backyard party, an intimate dinner and a larger reception need different bar plans. We discuss the guest count, event length, menu and available space before shaping a proposal. A portable bar setup can be part of that plan; venue access and the service location are discussed in advance.
Thoughtful preparation, confident service
The work begins before the first drink. Cocktail development, non-alcohol ingredient procurement, garnish preparation and setup are coordinated around the agreed menu. During the event, service stays welcoming and organized; breakdown closes out the bar.

Lone Wolf operates as a dry-hire bar service: the client purchases and supplies all alcohol. We can help plan the shopping quantities and coordinate mixers, citrus, syrups, garnishes and ice as part of the proposal.

Can you serve beer and wine as well as cocktails?
Yes. The beverage plan can include client-supplied beer, wine and spirits alongside custom cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks.
