A plan that works with your venue
Before booking, we discuss the venue’s bar arrangements, access, timing and any vendor requirements. Guest count, service duration and the proposed menu inform the setup and staffing plan. Cocktail hour, reception service and any additional events are scoped in your proposal.
A clear dry-hire arrangement
You purchase and supply the alcohol. Lone Wolf provides the agreed bartending, menu development and bar preparation, with non-alcohol ingredients and other event needs itemized in the proposal. We can help turn your chosen menu into an alcohol shopping plan.

Before you book
Do you also handle rehearsal dinners and welcome parties?
Yes. Wedding weekends can include welcome parties, rehearsal dinners and other private celebrations, subject to availability and an agreed service plan.
Can you work at an outdoor wedding?
We can plan outdoor bar service. A suitable service area, shelter, access and weather contingency need to be discussed before the event.
